Identify you as a customer, prospect or user of our platform, as well as related to the provision of our local, foreign and international moving services, that is, all personal data necessary to provide our services efficiently such as:

  • Archive the records and files of the contractual relationship for follow – up of future services

  • Contact: Address. Location. Address of origin and destination. Phones. Email. Social networks.
  • Patrimonial information Tax Data. Billing address. Federal Taxpayer Registry (RFC – Registro Federal de Contribuyentes by its acronym in Spanish). Bank accounts: Bank account number, Bank. CLABE. Statements, debit or credit cards.
  • The data mentioned in section number 3, will be used solely and exclusively for research to obtain credit before GRUPO TRANSPORTISTA GOU, S.A. DE C.V.

It is reported that type of data is considered as sensitive data, so in case of being authorized GRUPO TRANSPORTISTA GOU, S.A. DE C.V. obtain your consent in writing, by telephone, data messages or any authentication mechanism established for this purpose, with the exception of the situations set out in Article 10 of the LFPDPPP.

MEANS TO PROTECT THE USE OR DISCLOSURE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

 

GRUPO TRANSPORTSTA GOU, S.A. DE C.V. implement the necessary security, technical, administrative and physical measures to protect your personal data and prevent its damage, loss, alteration, destruction or unauthorized use, access or processing within this privacy notice.

 

 

MEANS FOR THE EXERCISE OF YOUR ARCO RIGHTS AS OWNER OF PERSONAL DATA

 

As the owner of the personal data subject to this Privacy Notice, you have the right to know what personal data we store for which we use them and the conditions of use we give them. In this sense you may request your correction of your personal information in the event that it is outdated or incomplete (RECTIFICATION), that it is deleted from our records when it is considered that it is not being used properly (CANCELLATION) and oppose the use of your personal data (OPPOSITION) generally known as (ARCO Rights), the same that are enshrined in the LFPDPPP. For the above, you must send us to the email a letter in which you inform us in a reliable and detailed way the specific personal data to which you wish to have access or that requires to be rectified, cancelled or oppose its treatment, as well as comply with the following requirements;

 

The name of the owner and address or other means to communicate the response to your request; The documents that prove the identity or, where appropriate, the legal representation of the owner, The clear and precise description of the personal data with respect to which it is sought to exercise any of the aforementioned rights; and any other element or document that facilitates the location of personal data.

 

GRUPO TRANSPORTISTA GOU, S.A. DE C.V. will contact you within a maximum period of twenty (20) days, counted from the date on which the request for access, cancellation, rectification or opposition was received, informing you of the respective decision, which if ruled as appropriate will be effective within a period of fifteen (15) days from the response you receive.

 

The cancellation of personal data will result in a period of blocking after which it is responsible will proceed to the suspension of the corresponding data.

 

Once the corresponding personal data has been cancelled, GRUPO TRANSPORTISTA GOU, S.A. DE C.V. will notify the owner.

 

Once the above has been done, GRUPO TRANSPORTISTA GOU, S.A. DE C.V. may keep personal data exclusively for the purposes of the responsibilities derived from the treatment referred to in this Privacy Notice.

 

GRUPO TRANSPORTISTA GOU, S.A. DE C.V. will not be obliged to cancel personal data when it comes to the cases established in the twenty-sixth article of the LFPDPPP. Likewise, when the information collected in the personal data is no longer necessary for the fulfillment of the purposes provided for in this Privacy Notice and in the applicable legal provisions, your personal data will be deleted from the database of GRUPO TRANSPORTISTA GOU, S.A.   • Información patrimonial Datos fiscales. Dirección de facturación. Registro Federal de Contribuyentes (RFC). Cuentas bancarias: Número de cuenta bancaria, Banco, CLABE. Estados de cuenta, tarjetas de débito o crédito
  • Los datos mencionados en el apartado número 3, serán utilizados única y exclusivamente para la investigación para la obtención de crédito ante GRUPO TRANSPORTISTA GOU, S.A. DE C.V.

 

Se informa que este tipo de datos son considerados como datos sensibles, por lo que en caso de ser autorizados GRUPO TRANSPORTISTA GOU, S.A. DE C.V. obtendrá el consentimiento de usted por escrito, vía telefónica, mensajes de datos o cualquier mecanismo de autenticación que al efecto se establezca, a excepción de las situaciones establecidas en el artículo 10 de la LFPDPPP.

 

 

TRANSFERENCIA DE LOS DATOS PERSONALES

 

Los datos personales podrán ser transferidos a las siguientes personas físicas o morales sin que legalmente se requiera de su consentimiento: Autoridades a las que debamos comunicar su información en virtud de una ley (SAT, Aduanas, Judiciales Federales, Judiciales Estatales. En el caso de que algún tercero no siendo autoridad solicite sus datos que usted proporciono, se le hará de su conocimiento para recibir alguna respuesta, en caso de no recibirla se entenderá como negativa y no se transferirá dicha información.

MEDIOS PARA EL EJERCICIO DE SUS DERECHOS ARCO COMO TITULAR DE LOS DATOS PERSONALES.

En caso de que desee ejercer sus derechos ARCO, lo podrá hacer en todo momento dirigiendo su solicitud.

Para lo anterior, deberá enviarnos al correo electrónico un escrito en el cual nos informe de manera fehaciente y detallada los datos personales específicos a los que desea tener acceso o que requiere que sea rectificados, cancelados u oponerse a su tratamiento, así como cumplir con los siguientes requisitos;

 

El nombre del titular y domicilio u otro medio para comunicarle la respuesta a su solicitud; Los documentos que acrediten la identidad o, en su caso, la representación legal del titular, La descripción clara y precisa de los datos personales respecto de los que se busca ejercer alguno de los derechos antes mencionados; y cualquier otro elemento o documento que facilite la localización de los datos personales.

 

GRUPO TRANSPORTISTA GOU, S.A. DE C.V. se pondrá en contacto con usted en un periodo máximo de veinte (20) días, contados desde la fecha en que se recibió la solicitud de acceso, cancelación, rectificación u oposición, informándole la decisión respectiva, misma que si se dictamina como procedente se hará efectiva en un plazo de quince (15) días a partir de la respuesta que reciba.

 

La cancelación de datos personales dará lugar a un periodo de bloqueo, tras el cual el responsable procederá a la suspensión de los datos correspondientes.

 

Una vez cancelados los datos personales correspondientes, GRUPO TRANSPORTISTA GOU, S.A. DE C.V. dará aviso al titular.

Realizado lo anterior, GRUPO TRANSPORTISTA GOU, S.A. DE C.V. podrá conservar los datos personales exclusivamente para efectos de las responsabilidades derivadas al tratamiento al que se refiere el presente Aviso de Privacidad.

 

GRUPO TRANSPORTISTA GOU, S.A. DE C.V. no estará obligado a cancelar los datos personales cuando se trate de los supuestos establecidos en el artículo vigésimo sexto de la LFPDPPP.

 

Asimismo, cuando la información recabada en los datos personales deje de ser necesaria para el cumplimiento de las finalidades previstas en este Aviso de Privacidad y en las disposiciones jurídicas aplicables, sus datos personales serán cancelados de la base de datos de GRUPO TRANSPORTISTA GOU, S.A. REVOCACIÓN Y/O LIMITACIÓN DEL USO Y/O DIVULGACIÓN DE SUS DATOS PERSONALES

 

Toda vez que el tratamiento de sus datos personales es indispensable para ofrecerle nuestros servicios, no es posible limitar la obtención que GRUPO TRANSPORTISTA GOU, S.A. Es importante informarle que no en todos los casos podremos atender su solicitud o concluir el uso de forma inmediata, ya que existe la posibilidad de que al momento de su solicitud subsista alguna obligación legal o relación jurídica, la cual requiera que continuemos tratando sus datos personales.
